Job Overview:
Sri Lakshmi Tractors, a leading dealer of Mahindra tractors and agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Mahindra tractors and services to farmers and agricultural businesses, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Actively promote and sell Mahindra tractors (Oja, Yuvraj, Jivo, XP Plus, SP Plus, Yuvo Tech +, Arjun, Novo) to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Mahindra products and agricultural machinery to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and understand their specific requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with clients and close sales deals efficiently.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales reports and updates on leads, prospects, and deals to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in agricultural equipment or automotive sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license (required for field visits).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the agricultural sector or knowledge of farming machinery.
- Familiarity with Mahindra tractors and other agricultural products.
