Job Overview:
Sri Lakshmi Tractors, a leading dealer of Mahindra tractors, is looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with inquiries about Mahindra tractors and services, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers about Mahindra tractors (Oja, Yuvraj, Jivo, XP Plus, SP Plus, Yuvo Tech +, Arjun, Novo) and related products or services.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about the tractors, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the sales, parts, and service teams.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by directing customer inquiries to appropriate departments, scheduling test drives, and processing customer documentation.
- Order Processing: Help customers place orders for tractors, parts, or services, and keep them informed about the status of their orders.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction after sales or service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and order history in the customer management system.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and suggest improvements to the management team for enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role (preferably in the automotive, agricultural, or machinery industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Mahindra tractors or agricultural machinery is a plus.
